Welcome to episode 43. Today I am talking about the wonderful Scandinavian concept of Hygge. For the winter months (with the welcome addition of cosy blankets, socks and candles) we often embrace Hygge a physical feeling of warmth and comfort, but it goes a bit deeper than that. In this episode I explore the positive benefits of creating this cosy environment for ourselves and our loved ones, and the mindset blocks that can hold us back from making the most of Hygge as a tool for when we really need it – no matter what time of year it is!
