But the truth for a lot of us is that a new app isn’t the answer to an easier life. In fact, pinning your hopes on an organisational tool may end up making you feel more stressed! In this episode I explain why it’s the overwhelm that needs addressing first, and once you’ve done that, how to find the right tool that works for you as an individual. Let’s dive in!
